1. In the case of a defective product or receiving a product different than what was ordered, please contact Morris Classic within 30 days of purchase and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send your box back to us.
In these cases, the customer has the choice of (1) having a replacement product being shipped to them free of charge, (2) receiving a full refund on their original purchase on the payment method used, or (3) choosing a different product(s), receiving a credit for the difference between their new order and original order (if there is one), and free shipping of the new product(s).
2. For a part ordered incorrectly by the customer (such as type of car, year of car, color, buckle style, etc.) or a part ordered that they no longer need or want to keep, the customer can return the product within 30 days of purchase if the product is still as new and contains all components, using their preferred shipping carrier at the customer's cost. Please contact us for our return address.
Once Morris Classic receives the returned product(s), inspects them, and determines everything is in as-new condition, the customer will have the choice of (1) receiving a full refund minus the shipping charged on the original order on the payment method used or (2) ordering a replacement product and paying shipping. If the new order with shipping is less than the original order, we will credit the customer back the difference on the original mode of payment used.
NOTE: For special colored seat belts and lap belts, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged on returns and exchanges. Please call our office to have color samples mailed to you prior to placing your order to ensure that you order the correct color.
3. Clear Shot Mirrors come with a 3-year warranty and can be returned anytime within 3 years of the original purchase date if the mirror is defective. The customer should contact Morris Classic describing the situation/defect, and we will email a prepaid shipping label to return the mirrors to us. Once they are received and inspected, the customer has the choice of (1) having a new set of Clear Shot Mirrors shipped to them free of charge, (2) receiving a full refund of their original purchase on the payment method used, or (3) choosing a different product(s), receiving a credit for the difference between their new order and original order (if there is one), and free shipping of the new product(s). For mirrors that are not defective and the customer has changed their mind about keeping/wanting, please refer to #2 above for the return/refund process, as this is not covered under the 3-year warranty for defects described here.
